So based on my experience, it is very clear that Good Sam does not have the service network in place to take care of your roadside emergencies on a 24/7 bases. We accidentally locked our keys in our vehicle while traveling thru Carson City, Nevada and requested roadside assistance to get it unlocked. Instead, I received unprofessionalism and was falsely accused of giving alternate directions to the tow driver...which doesn't make sense...because if the driver is directly dispatched from the company, wouldn't you think he would listen to the dispatcher (who is paying him for the job) and not the stranded client????

We did have to call them back since the first tow truck was not big enough to pull it. Avoid Good Sam no matter what!

First problem- We were towed to a facility to only find out when the RV was placed in the wrong location and needed to be moved that it was initially taken to the incorrect facility. Unauthorized use of any of GSE, LLC’s trademarks is for a service I never even recieved? !The GoodSam Roadside Assistance dispatch is awful.

Hi Gene we're not sure how something like this happens but we are very sorry to hear of your experience. As I waited, over the 1 hr., I then called to ask where the assist is? Our Heartland RV frame started falling apart going down a state highway in Maine. We are actively looking to make improvements to our business and we do appreciate you giving us that opportunity here. Thank you for responding and making it right. Also, the towing companies they use are awful.

When I called to check on the status they said my case had been dropped all together and had to start all over. Absolutely the worst service in the United States for RV support avoid at all cost you can get a much better service through AAA for less money, I am with my friend stranded in the middle of Florida 98 degree weather and it has been over 4 hours and they still haven't contacted us with any tow truck ETA I would hate to think what would happen to someone with any fragile medical condition. Both time were negative experiences. I have been waiting over a month for a refund to be issued to my account. The lady on the phone said, "if you can't tow it, neither can we." Stranded on the side of the road calling for help. The best that she could do was to try and have someone come and unlock the door the next morning.
