IDK... couldn't honestly tell you... seems more like ramen than angelhair. Also, the pasta tasted way better cold the next day.Overall, it reminded me a lot of a fast-casual Olive Garden, especially the pasta. The dough is tender and tastes exactly like a good pizza dough, stuffed with just a bit of sauce and cheese - I'm definitely thinking I have to order a piada next time, or even the garlic dough, which is just a flatbread app of the dough itself.
