STK distinguishes itself by emphasizing the social experience and taking a vibe-driven approach to fine dining. STK features a bustling bar scene, an inspired menu, and a relaxed dining atmosphere with a sexy vibe created by the in-house DJ. They recooked the same steak I had already cut in half and brought it back to the table and said “Chefs apologies.” Ha!!! Upscale. if you do choose for a steak, maybe pair with a couple of tempting sides. We check in with the hostess. They offer good choices. The food and drinks are incredible, but Grayson is the sole reason I will be going back every time I'm in town (and requesting him of course). The vibes were just ruined by the scene that was made to get us to the table. STK Las Vegas is a celebrity hotspot that breaks tradition with signature dishes like lil BRG's, Tuna Tartare, and the juiciest, most tender cuts of steak around.
