David portrayed him so well that I think of Poirot as an old friend--I can almost predict his next move, his mood, and what he's gonna say. I will always enjoy this series. But alas, I had seen them all as part of the final season available on Netflix. It almost brought me to tears seeing Captain Hastings, Inspector Japp, and Miss Lemon in Big Four in the final season, after nearly 20 years. Detective drama. I will always cry whenever I watch this particular performance.

I liked the idea of a strong Christian faith being part of David Suchet's character. I fell in love with Poirot 20 years ago, when I was a kid.
